Description
When a user clicks Add New Claim, the claim creation form opens successfully and can be completed. However, clicking Save only reloads the page and does not create the claim.
Steps to Reproduce
Click on Claim click on Create New Claim fill the form and click create
Expected Result
The claim should be successfully saved and appear in the claims list.
Actual Result
The page reloads without saving the claim, and no confirmation or error message is displayed.
Developer Resolution Notes
Resolved after CT105 targeted retest on 2026-08-01. Disposable web-controller retest created claim BUGRETEST_20260801235447 via POST /claims and confirmed the record was saved, then cleaned it up. Related system-stats/Sanctum fix remains in place.
