Description
The search box and filtering functionality on the All Claims List page are not working. Attempting to search or apply filters triggers a server error.
Steps to Reproduce
Click on All Claims List tap on the search box type in your search and click on filter
Expected Result
Users should be able to search and filter claims without errors, and matching results should be displayed.
Actual Result
The system returns the error: "The server returned a '500 Internal Server Error'."
Developer Resolution Notes
Root cause: PostgreSQL watchdog (Kariya XDR server monitoring) was terminating PHP-FPM worker processes, causing transient 500 errors across all routes including claims search. The watchdog was fixed in a prior session. Claims search query (including orWhereHas policy/customer) was tested and confirmed working with 0 errors. No code changes required.
