Clickable Items in Finance Reporting Module Are Not Responsive

Description

Within the Finance Reporting module, text elements that are intended to be clickable are not responding to user interaction. Clicking on these items produces no action, preventing users from accessing the associated reports or pages. This issue limits navigation and functionality within the Finance Reporting section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Finance
2. Click on Report
3. Click on Monthly Premium Report

Expected Result

All clickable text elements in the Finance Reporting module should respond to user clicks and navigate to the corresponding report, page, or action as designed.

Actual Result

The clickable text elements are unresponsive and do not trigger any action when clicked, preventing users from accessing the intended functionality.
